If you are like me, who love to watch the walk of the animals surrounded by their own habitat, rather than in a closed cage or chained, then National Bridge Wildlife Ranch in Texas, U.S.A is definitely a place you will love.
I am sure that we all love animals. And are always excited to see those majestic creatures. Especially in a place like this where, these animals are grown in their own habitat, and not chained or caged. They walk around freely around the park.
How to Reach
I visited the park from Austin. It takes little more than an hour to reach the park by car. Here is the location for your GPS.

The regular ticket for an adult costs around 25 USD. If you have some weekdays to spare, then that would be great since most of the weekdays you have discounted tickets that can save you a couple of bucks.

Do not close the window glass yet. The fun starts the moment you get into the park. I know you are anxious and eager to watch those animals, but these animals are equally excited to welcome you and give you an opportunity to feel them and feed them.

Let the fun being
First stop at the Walk-A-Bout where you can get as closer as possible with those Giraffes.
Once you enter into the Safari Park, you can see the cars being lined up on the side of the road for taking those Instagram perfect pictures and also feeding the visiting zebras, and other 100s of friendly animal.
You do not need to wait for the car in front to clear before you move. You are always welcome to overtake them after you have finished at your stop. But, makes sure you are careful not to hit any animals or other vehicles.
At same time, please do have some courtesy to fellow visitors and their time. Make sure you make way in case you want a little more time in taking your memorable pictures with animals.
Around mid-way through the park, you will have another pit stop, if needed. Here you can find the giraffees again.
I still remember the “tuk-tuk” sound from my window shield. Yes, the Ostrich was hitting the window with its beak. Probably in request for the feed. But I have exhausted the feed, and so no way to feed it.
Marty the Naughty
Ostrich and Zebras seems to be the most friendly animal over there. Careful, they can very easily peep in to your car. Most Zebras assume you to be the dentist, and will keep showing all their teeth!
Do not be worried or confused with the different routes or ways because, you can wander inside the forest as many time as you want in the same day. So, keep visiting and revisiting the animals till you get all the fun.
Before you get exit the Safari, do not miss to fill your stomach. This is the time, you have got some nice grill nearby to taste those salsas and ice creams.
Any sunny day is really great to visit this place. It was a great experience especially even on those hot summer days, since you are always at your convenience of Air Conditioner in your car!
